I get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to keep everything running smoothly for all clients.

• Consultations: Less than 24-hour notice will result in a $50 fee

• Maintenance Appointments: Less than 24-hour notice will result in a $100 fee

A valid credit or debit card is required when booking, but don’t worry—your card won’t be charged at the time of booking. Charges only apply if you miss the 24-hour window or don’t show up to your appointment.

If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate you, but since I often book clients back-to-back, I can’t always guarantee there will be enough time to complete your full service. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. In this case, a $50 fee will be charged in line with my cancellation policy.

Covid or not, nobody wants to get sick. If you're feeling unwell before your appointment, please let me know and I’ll gladly reschedule you for when you're feeling better. Your health and the well-being of all clients are a priority, and if I get sick, I have to reschedule all my appointments, which affects everyone.

• If you're feeling under the weather, please wear a mask to protect others.
• Hand sanitizer is readily available in my studio for your convenience.
• My studio is thoroughly disinfected after each client’s appointment to ensure a clean and safe environment.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, friends are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. If you need to bring a child, please inform me in advance, and I will be happy to make arrangements to accommodate them.
