My professional booking platform (Fresha) allows you to log in to schedule and manage your appointments with ease. On your profile, you will be able to book, cancel or reschedule your appointments, review past visits and purchases, and privately secure your credit or debit card information, which is required when booking.
I get it — life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to keep everything running smoothly for all clients.
Consultations: Less than 24-hours' notice will result in a $50 fee
Maintenance Appointments: Less than 24-hours' notice will result in a fee that equals 50% of your service
A valid credit or debit card is required when booking, but don’t worry — your card won’t be charged at the time of booking. Charges only apply if you miss the 24-hour window or don’t show up to your appointment. If you do not provide your credit card details and miss an appointment or cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the fees stated above will be required to be paid via e-transfer before rescheduling.
I accept e-transfer, cash, and credit card payments. E-transfers must be completed before leaving your appointment, and credit card payments are subject to a 2.30% processing fee. Please note that all hair and services are nonrefundable.
If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate you, but since I often book clients back-to-back, I can’t always guarantee there will be enough time to complete your full service. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. In this case, a $50 fee will be charged in line with my cancellation policy.
I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, or, if you're experiencing symptoms but wish to keep your appointment, please contact me ahead of time so we can discuss necessary precautions. If I become ill, I may need to reschedule all appointments, which may affect everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
For the comfort and safety of all clients, friends are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. If you need to bring a child, please inform me in advance, and I will be happy to make arrangements to accommodate them.
